Before I ever built an A.I. agent, I spent my career inside the operational guts of real businesses: steel manufacturing, FDA-regulated medical devices and robotics, oil and gas convenience stores and truck stops, vinyl extrusion, banking, and a tree service company whose admin and accounting I have run since it started in 2018.

This is not a chatbot wrapper you could recreate by prompting an LLM. Months of training and hard-won experience went into building it, deterministic Python engines do most of the work, and the CEO agent proactively completes tasks while you work. It has been proven end to end on a real trades business.

• Steel manufacturing — configured all materials, production steps, routings, and bills of material in SAP for a $40 million plant upgrade, at a company running 12 steel plants.

• Medical devices and robotics (FDA-approved, publicly traded) — part of the team that redesigned the production floor; back-to-back CFO award winner for process improvement and inventory reduction, cutting inventory by $10 million and eliminating an offsite storage facility costing $360K a year.

• Oil and gas retail — configured and set up the ERP for 6 convenience stores, 2 truck stops, a truck stop mall, a hotel, and other rental locations, mapping every Verifone POS transaction into QuickBooks and the general ledger.

• Vinyl extrusion — project manager for the on-time, in-full delivery initiative that took OTIF from the low 90s to 98.5% across a 4-plant window, fence, and decking manufacturer.

• Banking — auditing and operations management across 3 banks and hundreds of branches, including setting up a new bank office and converting an office during a bank buyout.

• New plant startups — project-managed two new plant setups in SAP for the robotics company: one in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and a 3PL warehouse in France.

• Tree service — set up and have run all admin and accounting for the business since its inception in 2018.

• A.I. systems — advanced, hands-on work with A.I. tools and agents, including Claude Code, ChatGPT, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot, plus agent architecture, loops, and skills built on OpenClaw and Hermes.

• Systems and data — SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse; SQL and Python programming; Tableau and other visualization software; advanced Excel.

• Roles held along the way — Director of Supply Chain, SAP SD Application Analyst, Principal Product Data Analyst, Inventory and Production Control Manager, Senior Bank Auditing Specialist, Area Operations Manager, and multiple analyst roles.
