Dashboards

Sales, Ops, and Accounting — built only from verified data, or they say so.

What it does

Three live boards, one honest rule. Sales shows every call, quote, and dollar the Voice Agent captured — including the after-hours saves that used to be voicemail. Ops shows the hours and money your staff saved you, priced against named market rates, so ROI is a number, not a feeling. Accounting shows what the business actually keeps — revenue, expenses, net, month by month.

The honest rule: these boards render only from verified data. If a figure is demonstration data, it's watermarked SIMULATED. If books data is missing, the board says "unavailable" — it will never invent a number to look complete. What you see on screen is byte-for-byte what the system computed — checked on every load.

  • Sales: calls, bookings, quotes, revenue booked — live from the deal log
  • Ops: time and dollars saved, priced against named market rates
  • Accounting: P&L view of what you actually keep, monthly trends, flagged items
  • SIMULATED watermarks on any demo figure; honest "unavailable" over invented numbers
  • No setup, no report builder — your staff generates the data, the boards render it

Why it saves you time and money

No QuickBooks exports, no spreadsheet Sundays, no BI tool with a four-week setup. The staff that does the work also does the reporting — that's why it's current without you lifting a finger.

Why it's different

Dashboard products make it easy to draw a beautiful chart of wrong numbers. These boards are engineered the opposite way: verified data or visible honesty, enforced by the same testing gates that guard the rest of the platform. You will never make a staffing decision off a number this system wasn't sure about.

ONLY VERIFIED DATA PUBLISHESSIMULATED IS ALWAYS LABELEDBYTE-VERIFIED ON EVERY LOAD

One staff, one memory, one rule: you approve anything that goes out the door. Every agent shares what the others know — the call becomes a quote, the quote becomes a number, the number becomes Monday's brief — and your data lives in your business's own private, isolated vault with a tamper-evident audit trail. See Data & Privacy for exactly how we protect it.
